The DealWheelz Trust Protocol

140-Point Verification Standard

Every vehicle carrying our badge goes through two stages: a full paperwork audit against J&K transport records, followed by a hands-on physical inspection by our local mechanics. No shortcuts.

Stage 1 — RTO & Paperwork Audit

Validated against official J&K transport records and bank hypothecation data

RC & Chassis Match

We physically match the chassis stamp on the vehicle frame to the RC smart card and the VAHAN database. If they don’t match, the vehicle is rejected.

Loan & NOC Status

If the vehicle had a loan, we confirm the bank has released it with a Form 35 and NOC. No loose ends on ownership transfer.

Pending Fines

We check for unpaid challans, court summons, or blacklist flags on both national and J&K state portals before clearing the vehicle.

Insurance & Fitness

We verify the insurance policy is active and the pollution certificate (PUC) hasn’t expired. Both dates are recorded on the listing.

Stage 2 — Physical 140-Point Inspection

Conducted on-site in Jammu, Srinagar, and district hubs by certified mechanics

Body & Structure

We inspect all structural pillars, boot floor, and engine bay for signs of major accidents — repainted panels, misaligned gaps, or aftermarket welds.

Engine & Transmission

We start the engine cold and listen. Unusual smoke, rough idle, or a delayed clutch — anything the seller might skip mentioning, we catch.

Odometer Honesty

Pedal rubber wear, steering grip condition, brake disc depth, and tyre manufacturing dates tell the real story. We cross-check them against the claimed mileage.

Suspension & Underside

We check for steering rack leaks, strut wear, link rod play, and underside rust — especially important for vehicles driven on J&K mountain roads.

For bikes and scooters, we additionally check fork seal leaks, chain tension, sprocket wear, disc trueness, and handlebar alignment. The two-wheeler audit covers all points specific to motorcycles and scooters.
